Wine Identifier Pro subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A wine wasn't recognised
Make sure the label is in focus, well lit and fills most of the frame. For shelves and wine lists you can take up to three photos per scan — overlap them slightly so nothing is missed. If a wine is still wrong, send us the photo and we'll look into it.
Your journal and your data
Your wine journal, tasting notes and ratings are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. Photos and questions are sent to our server only to generate an answer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reporting a bug
Include what you were doing, the screen involved, and your device model and iOS version — it helps us track things down much faster.
